Head to expert.cohabit.com.au and click Sign Up. We have a few signup options, so select what works best for you.

If you have a team invite code, please enter it here. If not, click I don't have an invite code

Create your personal profile first by adding your information and then click Continue. You will get a link in your inbox to verify your email.

Now you can now add your company information. This will be seen by anyone that looks at building profiles you are connected to.

Now it is time to add your team members. There are two types of team member:

Expert - Team members that are responsible for publishing reports only

Expert Admin - Team members who publish reports but also need access to reporting and admin functions for the company.

Activate your Expert Subscription. The Cohabit Expert subscription unlocks access to our data team, automated reporting, Cohabit Expert distribution channels and our buyer network.

Now the fun starts! This is where you connect all your existing buildings. By claiming your building, you become the default expert when the next buyer or owner requests a report.

Simply search for an address, then upload your PDF inspection report. The Cohabit App will take all the data, populate the building's profile and add it to your building list.
