You’ll land on the My Buildings view.

Step 2: Use the “Managed by” filter

If your organisation has multiple managers, you may see buildings assigned to others.

To narrow the list:

  1. Click the Managed by dropdown at the top of the page.

  2. Select Managed by me.

Your list will now show only the buildings you are assigned to.

Search and filter your portfolio

To find a specific building:

  • Use the Search bar (search by address, name or plan number).

  • Apply portfolio filters if available (region, building category, etc.).

  • Sort by column (e.g. highest → lowest Health Score).

This helps you locate buildings quickly and understand where immediate attention is required.

Understanding the table and indicators

Each building row typically includes:

  • Building Name & Address

  • Strata Plan Number

  • Assigned Manager

  • Cohabit Health Score

  • Status indicators (e.g. overdue compliance, missing data)

Health Score overview

The Health Score is your most important indicator.
It helps you:

  • Understand overall building condition

  • Spot high-risk buildings

  • Identify missing data

  • Prioritise compliance and renewal work

Buildings with incomplete or missing information may show:

  • No score yet, or

  • A low score, or

  • A Missing data / Incomplete banner

You can click any building to view what’s impacting its score.

Portfolio-level visibility

If you have the appropriate permissions, you may also see:

  • All buildings your organisation manages (not only yours)

  • A distribution of Health Scores across the portfolio

  • Buildings grouped by risk categories (healthy, moderate, needs attention)

This view helps senior managers allocate workload, balance portfolios, and monitor trends.

Common issues

1. A building you manage isn’t showing

Possible reasons:

  • You haven’t been assigned as the Strata Manager

  • The building is still managed by another strata company

  • The building hasn’t been connected yet

Check with your admin or see Assigning a strata manager to a building.

2. A building shows “No Health Score”

This means:

  • The building is missing key operational or compliance data

  • Or Cohabit doesn’t yet have enough information to calculate the score

You can:

  • Add missing details yourself, or

  • Upload documents (insurance schedules, compliance certificates, reports) so the Cohabit team can produce the score for you

3. The wrong manager appears on a building

Admins can update the assignment from the three dots (⋯) menu next to the building.

4. A building is missing from search

Try searching:

  • Using only the street name

  • Without unit numbers

  • Using the plan/scheme number

If still not visible, it may not exist in Cohabit yet and will need to be added.
