What is a Cohabit Report?
What is a Cohabit Report?

We are redefining how building data is managed and reported.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

A Cohabit Report gives you key metrics, valuable insights and comprehensive data for residential buildings.

Like a Strata Report, but not.

A traditional Strata Report was a great thing to have before purchasing a property that was in a strata building. It involved someone 'inspecting' the building's information and then giving you a report on what they found.

The problem with these reports was that the data was difficult to get (often stored locally at the manager's office), usually incomplete (unfortunately strata mangers are not that diligent when storing and supplying the documents) and they were overly complicated.

This meant that a report would take several weeks, cost you several hundred dollars and then you'd be left with a PDF that had several hundred pages of information that was often not that relevant.

Cohabit is different!

Our building report is digital and powered by our AI tool. The platform syncs data directly from the Strata Manager, tracks profile completion rates so nothing is missed and generates a profile for the building that not only gives you top level metrics, but summarises the building with valuable insights from market-leading strata experts and quick links to the source information should you wish to view the original documents.

Cohabit also focuses on bigger data, so we benchmark metrics, analyse liveability, and provide insights on building potential.

Helpful for buildings too...

Having a Cohabit Report for your building is key to ensuring you are always maximising the value of the lots within the community. Our Building Health metrics ensure all managers and owners can ensure all compliance, financial and maintenance aspects are in line, and benchmark their building against others to ensure it is performing.
