Where documents appear

Documents are surfaced alongside Expert Insights, where they’re:

  • Linked to the relevant insight or section

  • Used to support Health Scores and expert commentary

This means you don’t need to hunt through folders — the documents appear in context.

You may not see documents if:

  • Expert Insights haven’t been requested or completed yet

  • Cohabit hasn’t been authorised to inspect records

  • The documents haven’t been provided by the strata manager or owner

FAQs

Q: Can I upload documents myself?
In some cases, yes — especially lot-level documents. Building-level records must be verified before being relied on.

Q: Are documents live-linked to the strata manager?
No. Documents reflect what was available at the time of inspection or upload.
