Ways to access Cohabit on mobile
Cohabit is designed to work across desktop and mobile, so you can access building information wherever you are.
You can access Cohabit on mobile in two ways:
1. Cohabit iOS app
Cohabit is available as a dedicated app for iOS devices.
The iOS app supports:
Searching and researching buildings
Viewing building profiles, Health Scores, and Expert Insights
Managing apartments, payments, and messages (where applicable)
Receiving notifications and updates
The app is the recommended option for regular mobile use.
2. Mobile browser (iOS and Android)
You can also access Cohabit through a mobile web browser, such as:
Safari
Chrome
Firefox
This is useful if:
You’re on an Android device
You don’t want to install the app
You need quick access from a shared device
Most core features are available in the mobile browser experience.
What’s the same on mobile and desktop
Across mobile and desktop, you can:
View building profiles and snapshots
Access Health Scores and Expert Insights
Review building data and documents
Track payments and activity (where relevant to your role)
Your account, buildings, and permissions remain the same regardless of device.
What may feel different on mobile
On smaller screens:
Information may be shown in a stacked or condensed layout
Some actions may be grouped into menus
Detailed views may require more scrolling
These differences are purely visual — the underlying data is the same.
Security on mobile access
Mobile access to Cohabit follows the same security standards as desktop access, including:
Encrypted connections
Secure login and session management
Role-based access controls
For best security:
Use a device lock (PIN, Face ID, fingerprint)
Log out on shared devices
Keep your device and apps up to date
