The Cohabit mobile app is currently available on iOS only.

✔ Available on:

  • iPhone

  • iPad

Not available on Android or Google Play at this stage
Android support is planned for a future release.


How to access the Cohabit mobile app

Step 1 — Download the app

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Search for “Cohabit”.

  3. Tap Get to download and install the app.


Step 2 — Sign in with your Cohabit account

  1. Open the app.

  2. Enter your email and password (same as the web version).

  3. If prompted, complete any verification (e.g. SMS or email code).

Your mobile session will stay logged in unless you manually sign out.


Step 3 — Allow recommended permissions

Cohabit may ask for:

  • Notifications
    To receive updates, renewal alerts, messages and building notifications.

  • Camera / Photos (Optional)
    Only requested when uploading documents or building photos.

No other permissions are required for standard usage.


Using Cohabit on iOS

The app allows you to:

  • View your buildings

  • Access your Building Snapshot

  • Check renewals, compliance, and activities

  • Upload documents (if your role allows)

  • Read and send messages

  • View reports and building details on the go

The experience is streamlined for mobile, but all core features remain accessible.


Tips for secure mobile usage

  • Keep your device locked with Face ID, Touch ID or a secure passcode

  • Avoid logging in on shared devices

  • Update the app regularly for the latest security improvements

  • Log out if your device is lost or stolen (use “Log out of all devices” from the web app)

Can I use Cohabit on Android?

Not yet. Cohabit is currently available on iOS only.


Can I upload documents from the mobile app?

Yes — if your role allows it, you can upload PDFs or images directly from your device.


Why can’t I find the app on Google Play?

The Android version has not been released yet. It will be announced once available.


Do I need a separate mobile login?

No — use the same email and password you use on the web platform.
