How to reset your password
You can reset your password from the sign-in screen.
Step 1 — Open the Cohabit login screen
On web, mobile browser, or the iOS app
Step 2 — Select “Forgot password?”
Enter the email address linked to your Cohabit account
Step 3 — Check your email
You’ll receive a password reset link or code
Follow the instructions to set a new password
Step 4 — Log back in
Use your new password to access Cohabit
If you don’t receive the reset email
Try the following:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Wait a few minutes and try again
If it still doesn’t arrive, contact Cohabit Support via the in-app chat.
