Before you delete your account
Deleting your Cohabit account is permanent and will:
Remove your access to all building profiles
Disconnect any apartments linked to your account
Remove your ability to view Health Scores and Expert Insights
Cancel any active subscriptions tied to your account
If you’re an owner, make sure:
You’ve sold or transferred all apartments, or
Another owner or committee member has access if required
How to delete your Cohabit account
At the moment, account deletion is handled by Cohabit Support to ensure nothing is removed incorrectly.
Step 1 — Contact Cohabit Support

Email: support@cohabit.com.au
Step 2 — Confirm your request
You may be asked to confirm:
Your email address
Buildings or apartments connected to your account
That you understand deletion is permanent
Once confirmed, Cohabit will process the deletion and notify you when it’s complete.

Q: Can I delete my account from settings?
Not yet. Account deletion is handled manually for security and data integrity reasons.
Q: What happens to building data if I delete my account?
Building data remains intact. Only your personal access and connections are removed.
Q: Can I rejoin Cohabit later?
Yes. You can sign up again using the same email, but previous access and history won’t be restored.
