FAQs
Q: Do I have to enter both email and phone codes?
Yes. We use email and phone verification to keep your account secure and help prevent incorrect or unauthorised sign-ups.
Q: Can I change my “what best describes you” choice later?
If you chose the wrong option (e.g. Buyer instead of Buyer’s agent), you can change it in your account settings later or contact support via the in-app chat and we can help update it.
Q: Can I use Cohabit on Android?
Yes. The Cohabit app is currently unsupported on Android, but you can use Cohabit in a mobile browser (like Chrome or Firefox) on your Android phone.
