How to share a building profile
Follow these steps during a sales campaign:
Step 1 — Open the building
Log in to Cohabit.
Select the building from your dashboard or My Buildings.
Open the Building Snapshot.
Step 2 — Open the share panel
Look for the Share building profile button.
This opens a panel showing your current sharing status.
Step 3 — Add recipients
Enter the email address of the person you want to share access with.
(Optional) Add a short message to explain the context (e.g., “Here are the building details for 12 Example St.”).
Repeat for up to three total recipients.
Step 4 — Confirm what you’re sharing
The sharing panel will summarise:
That the access is view-only
What information the recipient can see
How long access remains active
This ensures you know exactly what is being shared.
Step 5 — Send the invite
Click Share or Send Invite.
Recipients will receive an email with a secure link to view the profile.

At any time, you can:
See who currently has access
Remove an individual’s access
Replace a recipient with another person
If a contract falls through or someone no longer needs access, you can instantly revoke permissions.
