How to report a security concern

Step 1 — Contact Cohabit Support immediately

Use your in-app support link, email, or the feedback form.

Step 2 — Provide as much detail as possible

Include:

  • Your email

  • Building involved

  • What you saw

  • When it happened

  • Screenshots (if possible)

Step 3 — Cohabit will investigate

The team may:

  • Review logs

  • Check access history

  • Verify ownership

  • Correct data inconsistencies

  • Secure accounts if needed

You will receive a follow-up once the issue is resolved.

Report it immediately — Cohabit can remove their access and correct ownership data.
