What counts as a security or privacy concern

You should report a concern if you notice or suspect:

  • Unauthorised access to your account

  • Unexpected changes to your account details

  • Someone seeing building or personal data they shouldn’t have access to

  • Missing, altered, or incorrectly exposed data

  • Suspicious activity related to logins, messages, or documents

  • Any situation where data appears to be used incorrectly

How to report a concern

Option 1 — Contact Cohabit Support (recommended)

The fastest way to report a concern is through Cohabit Support.

When contacting support, include:

  • Your name and email address

  • The building or account affected (if applicable)

  • A clear description of what you’ve noticed

  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting details
