Where to see your levies in Cohabit
You’ll find all your levy information in the Payments section.
On desktop
Log in to Cohabit.
Click Payments in the left-hand navigation.

On mobile (iOS app / mobile browser)
Log in to Cohabit.
Open the main menu.
Tap Payments.
The Payments page will show either:
A setup view (if this is your first time configuring levies), or
A configured view with your levy records and statuses.
If your levies are not set up yet
You may see a screen that explains a simple 3-step setup:
Step 1 – Add levies
Step 2 – Add payment method
Step 3 – Personalise your payments
(Screenshot: “Set up levy payments” steps UI)
Once you complete those steps, your levies will appear in your Payments view and can be tracked.
For full setup instructions, see: How to pay your levies through Cohabit (we’ll cover that in the next article).
Understanding the Payments screen (configured)
Once your levies are set up, the Payments page will show:
Your building and apartment/lot
A list of levy schedules or levy instalments
The status of each instalment (e.g. Upcoming, Scheduled, Processing, Paid)
The amount and due date
(Screenshot: Payments view with building, apartment, rows of levies and statuses)
You may see separate sections for:
Upcoming payments
Payment history (past levies you’ve already paid)
Viewing details for a specific levy
To see more detail about a single levy:
Go to Payments.
Find the levy you want to check.
Click or tap View levy (or click the levy row, depending on your UI).
(Screenshot: “View Levy” button/row)
This opens the Levy detail page, which can include:
Building name and lot/apartment
Levy amount
Due date (or instalment dates if split)
Current status (e.g. Scheduled, Processing, Paid, Overdue)
Payment method used (e.g. Card ending 1234 or PayID)
The payment schedule (e.g. one-off or multiple instalments)
(Screenshot: Levy detail screen showing amount, dates, status, payment method)
Tracking payments over time
On the Payments page and inside each levy:
You can see:
Which levies are coming up
Which are in progress (processing)
Which are paid (and when)
If a payment failed (where supported)
This is useful for:
Checking what you’ve already paid
Making sure your autopay is working
Confirming which method was used (card or PayID)
Preparing for upcoming debit dates
Tracking levies across multiple apartments
If you own in more than one lot or building, your Payments view will typically let you:
Select the building and/or apartment
See separate levy schedules per lot
(Screenshot: Payments view showing building + apartment selector)
Make sure you’ve selected the correct apartment at the top of the Payments screen when reviewing levy details.
FAQs
Q: Why don’t I see any levies in Payments?
Likely reasons:
You haven’t set up levy payments yet
Cohabit hasn’t been configured with your levy details
You may not have selected the correct building or apartment
See: How to pay your levies through Cohabit to complete setup.
Q: Can I see past levies I already paid?
Yes. Once levies are paid, they will appear as Paid in your Payments view and inside each levy’s details.
Q: Does this replace my levy notice?
No. Your official levy notice from your strata manager is still the primary source. Cohabit helps you track and pay based on those details.
Q: Can I export or screenshot my payments for records?
You can always take screenshots, and in future Cohabit may offer more export options. For now, use your official levy notice and bank statements alongside Cohabit for full records.
