What are recurring building activities?
Recurring activities are tasks that happen on a schedule. Common examples include:
Monthly common area cleaning
Quarterly fire inspections
Annual lift servicing
Routine safety and maintenance checks
Waste, garden or pool service schedules
Tracking these inside Cohabit helps you:
Stay ahead of operational responsibilities
Avoid compliance issues
Provide better reporting to owners and committees
Improve and maintain the building’s Cohabit Health Score
How recurring activities impact the Health Score
Recurring activities directly influence the building’s Health Score.
Activities improve the score when:
Required tasks are scheduled
Tasks are completed on time
Maintenance routines are consistent
Activities lower the score when:
Important tasks are missing
Recurring obligations go overdue
Maintenance history is incomplete
This makes activity tracking one of the most effective ways to improve a building’s overall health.
