Anyone who wants to quickly get to their building in Cohabit and see the key tabs
Step 1 – Go to “My Buildings”
Log in to Cohabit.
In the main menu, click My Buildings.
You’ll see a list of all buildings you’re connected to (as an owner, or by tracking).

Step 2 – Open your building profile
In My Buildings, find the building you want to view.
Click on the building card/row.
You’ll be taken to that building’s Building Profile on the Overview tab.

Step 3 – Move between the main tabs
Along the top of the Building Profile you’ll see these tabs:
Overview
High-level info about the building
Health Score (if available)
The Your apartments section where you can connect your lot
Building Snapshot
A structured summary of key areas like financials, works, compliance, issues and more
Files
Strata records and documents (e.g. minutes, financials, insurance, certificates) when available
Renewals & Compliance
Key dates and status for renewals and compliance items
Expert Report
Your Cohabit Expert Report if one has been purchased for this building
Click any tab to switch views.

Step 4 – Use the profile for what you need right now
Some quick examples:
Want a quick sense of health? → Check Overview + Building Snapshot
Want to see source documents? → Go to Files
Want to see renewal/compliance timing? → Click Renewals & Compliance
Want deeper commentary from a strata expert? → Open Expert Report (if available)
FAQs
Q: I clicked my building but don’t see much information – why?
Your building might not yet have:
A Health Score
An Expert Report
Many records supplied
See How often is my building’s data updated? and Why is my building missing data? for what you can do next.
Q: I don’t see my lot anywhere.
On the Overview tab, scroll to Your apartments and use Add new lot to submit a lot connection request.
